This includes a Delivery Confirmation barcode so your order can be tracked. At this time, we can only ship within the United States, and its territories. We can also ship by Express Mail if you are in a hurry, for an additional charge. The price will depend on the item, since the charge is based on weight. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES *Unopened items can be returned by the original purchaser for a credit to the same credit card. These returns will incur a 5% re-stocking fee. *Opened items can be returned for company credit only if the item and the packaging (if applicable) is in saleable condition. *Defective items will be replaced for another of the same item. *Items damaged in shipping will be replaced with the same item. Contact us immediately if this occurs. OFFICE HOURS Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM EST. Fridays 10 AM to 4 PM EST. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
